He is survived by: his wife Shelia Parsons of Benton; his children, Cody Parsons of Benton, Jacqueline Kenner of Bauxite and Elizabeth Parsons of Conway; his siblings, David Millsap of Russellville and Teressia Kehr of Sand Springs; and his grandchildren, Drake and Addyson Kenner.
