He is survived by: his wife Anna Alsup; his children, Murl Alsup III, Danny Alsup, Stephine Alsup, Crystal Alsup and Raymond Alsup; and his brothers, John H. Alsup, James E. Alsup, Robert L. Alsup and David E. Alsup. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
