He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Baxley and Margaret Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Terry Baxley of Benton; his children, Paul L. Baxley (Wendy) of Boise, Idaho and Rebekah Bennett (Chris) of Benton; his grandchildren, Jesse Bennett, Abby Bennett and Georgia Baxley; his brothers, David Baxley (Julie) of Frisco and Danny Baxley (Jody) of Berlin, Maryland; his close friends, Bob and Sheila Stobaugh; and his pet Oscar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arkansas Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association.
