She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Haygood and Mary O'Neal Haygood; her husband Herman W. Crouch; her daughter Donna Kaye Crouch Ritchey; her sister Pauline Haygood Neeley; her son-in-law John C. Sims; her grandson Charles Lytle, Jr.; and her brothers, O. W. Haygood (Dub), A. G. Haygood and Kermit Haygood.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Crouch Sims; her granddaughter Kim Ritchey Lytle (Chuck) of Forrest City; her son-in-law Doyle Ritchey, Jr. of Benton; her great grandchildren, Michael Lytle, Hana Hester, Tony Hester and Haley Hester; and her great great grandchildren, Jarrett, John Ross, Avelee and Alexis Lytle.
