He was predeceased by : his parents, J. R. Haley and Ruth Haley; and his daughter Wyndee Diane Haley. He is survived by : his wife Jaylon Banks Haley; his sons, Chris Haley (Kelly) of Fayetteville and Church Haley (Ice Smith) of Brox; his grandchildren, Vesper Haley and Nicolas Haley; and his brothers, Chuck Haley (Janet) and James Haley (Tracy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, one uncle, and a host of friends.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (206 W Johnson Ave, Springdale, AR 72764).
