Salley Ann Biggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2019, at the age of 76, Salley Ann Biggs (Benton, Arkansas), born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Biggs; her parents, Talmadge Welch and Wera Salley Ward; and her siblings, Billie Jean Wise, Leita Mae King, Dorothy Ewing and Max Welch.
She is survived by: her children, Starla Haley, Shawn Haley (Debby) of Little Rock and Sherri Haley Madigan (Steve) of Little Rock; her grandsons, Joseph Ray Gardner (Kirsti) and Tyler Haley of Little Rock; her great grandchild Garrison Gardner; and her stepbrother Chuck Ward (Mary) of Benton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church @ 200 North Main in Benton, Ar. 72015 or the American Heart Association.
