He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Allen Ballard, Sr and Bonnie I. Woodworth Ballard; and his brother Edward "Butch" Allen Ballard, Jr. of Arlington, Texas.. He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Ann Ballard Henderson and Larry Joe Ballard of Wichita. He is also survived by four nephews and three nieces, seven great nephews, six great nieces and three great great nephews.
