She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvil McDonald and Opal McDonald; her husband Horace Ensley Hawkins; her daughter Karen Cravens; and her siblings, Thomas McDonald, Melvin McDonald and Wanda Napier.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Hawkins, Sherry Borgmeier and Gary Hawkins (Maritta Hawkins); and her sister Becky Misseldine of Clovis. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, forty-one great grandchildren and six great- great grandchildren.
