He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nelson and Fay Loraine Carver (Richardson); his son Chip Carver; and his brothers, Gary Carver and Danny Carver.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Carver; his children, Valorie Lane (Larry), Candi Grisgby (Walt), Troy Carver, Darren Carver (Robyne) and Ty Carver (Tracy); and his sister Betty Caveny of Ponca City, OK. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
