He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Perkins, Sr. (Frederick Fire Chief) and Trudi Perkins (Hall); and his sister Merry Mosier. He is survived by: his wife B. J. Perkins; his children, Lori Karpe (Chuck), Lisa Dodd (Johnny), Kristi Noland (Roger), Toby Kelley (Elisa), Mark Kelley (Karen) and Todd Kelley (Amy); his grandchildren, Quaid Ogletree (Kallie), Jill Taylor (Colton), Karson Benefield (Austin), Chase Ogletree (Bailey), Jack Dodd, Kimberly Brummett (Jeremy), Ryan Noland (Taylor), Heather Keley, Hannah Kelley, Emily Lucas, Joshua Kelley (Kinzie), Jake Kelley (Hayley) and Lynnsie Baker (Brant); and his sister Merrle Neugebauer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel (302 E Madison Ave, Berryville, AR 72616). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Valley View Baptist Church (6413 Hwy 62 W, Eureka Springs, AR 72632).
