He was predeceased by : his mother Barbara. He is survived by : his son Joshua (Hannah); his grandchildren, Stormie, Jameson and Connor; his father Fred (Nancy); and his siblings, Cindy and Tim. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
