She is survived by : her husband Quincy Fowler of Blytheville, AR; her children, Quincy Whitfield of Grand Rapids, MI, Steve Whitfield, David Fowler of Blytheville, AR, Joshua Fowler (Keona) of Jonesboro, AR, Songela Williams of Blytheville, AR. and Kizzie Lucas (Vancell JR.) of Blytheville, AR.; and her siblings, Charles Whitfield of Brinkley, AR, Ruby Whitfield of Blytheville, AR, Rosetta Fowler of Blytheville, AR, LeDora Jenkins of Blytheville, AR, Georgia Thompson of Grand Rapids, MI, Ola Mae McKinney of Grand Rapids, MI and Emma Harris (Andrew) of Blytheville, AR. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In compliance with the CDC, the Governor, and the Arkansas Funeral Director Association, due to the COVID-19 virus, all public gatherings of more than 100 people held indoors are prohibited and face masks are required.
