He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Perkins and Ruby Lee Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Martha Wixson Perkins; and his children, Stanley Perkins (Lynn) of Holt Summitt, Phyllis Healey (Mike) of Jacksonville, Paula Pankey (Billy) of Mountain View and Daniel Perkins of Cabot, Arkansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the New Liberty Baptist Church (2804 US-61, Blytheville, AR 72315). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
