He is survived by: his wife Kay Bivens Tart; his children, Heather Jennings (Kenneth) of Decatur, Julie Crosskno (Chris) of Blytheville, Stacey Hines (Chad Owens) and Josh Tart (Dakota Jordan); his grandchildren, Johnna James, Shelby Crosskno, Reagan Wright, Logan James, Quinn Crosskno, Lauren Hines, Olivia Tart, Laiklynn Owens, Jett Tart and Parker Tart; his great grandchildren, Briggs Roden, Grant Wright and Wells Roden; and his siblings, Richard Tart (Alice) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Mary Moody of Missouri.
