It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel Lee Fountain of Blytheville, Arkansas, born in Osceola, Arkansas, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen Fountain and Rosalee Fountain; his wife Marie Muphy Fountain; and his brother Stephen Fountain. He is survived by : his friend Teresa Collins of Gosnell; his children, Jason (Briah Fountain), Misty and Brandy Fountain of Blytheville; and his siblings, Jack Fountain of New Orleans, Louisiana, Sonya Fountain of Texas, Angie Faulkner of Tennessee and Lisa Riggs of Louisiana. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren.
