He is survived by: his wife Josefina Huerta Alvarado; his children, Julia Dominguez (Gilbert) of Blytheville, Teresa Wright of Blytheville, Paula Alvarado of Blytheville, Nancy McKinney of Blytheville and Samuel Alvarado of Blytheville; and his siblings, Bacilio Alvarado of Manila, Isaia Alvarado, Sr. (Maria) of Gosnell, Rosa Garcia (Gregorio) of Lake City and Isabella Mireles (Pedro) of Marmaduke, Arkansas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and relatives and friends.
