She was predeceased by : her parents, Tollie Campbell and Audie Henderson Campbell; her husband Paul Hay; and her sister Imogene Abbott. She is survived by : her children, Rebecca True (Richard) of Spokane, Washington and David Hay of Paragould, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Mandy True Hammons (Mark) of Spokane and Cody Hay (Sarah) of Paragould, Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Bradley Hammons, Paul Campbell Hay and David Randall Hay. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Samaritan's Purse Organization or North 10th Street Baptist Church.
