He is survived by: his wife Doris Phillips of Bonnerdale; his children, Brandon (Theresa Phillips), Miguel Phillips of Bonnerdale, Mary Anne McAfee of Hot Springs and Sheena; his son-in-law Shawn Covey of Royal; his grandchildren, Parker Phillips, Keifer Rummel, Destinee McAfee, Gaige Ehrenworth, Autumn McAfee, Aiden Covey and Stephanie Covey; his great grandchildren, Azlon and Caprio; his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Phillips of Royal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
