He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Glenna Fern Henderson Looper; his former wife Patsy Rice; his wife Patsy Looper of Bonnerdale; his son Curtis; his children-in-law, Heather Ward of Hot Springs and Benjamin White of Benton; his father Kenneth Harvey Looper; his grandchildren, Austin Ward, Etahan Foshee, Evan Foshee and Macy White; and his sisters, Diana McClard of McKinney and Teresa. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends.
