She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacie Medlock and Eletta Medlock (Fleming); her husband Bob Collins; her grandson Bryan Baker; and her brothers, Delbert Medlock, Eulas Medlock and Roy.
She is survived by: her children, Angela "Angie" Welter (Jamie Price) of Bono, Arkansas and Timothy Baker of Williford, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Steven Baker, Austin Welter, Lathan Robinson and Lacey Baker; her great grandchildren, Kayden Baker and Evelyn Baker; and her siblings, L. F. Medlock (Gail) of Hardy, Lois Dowdy of Jonesboro, Carolyn Conley (Ronnie) of Black Rock, Eddie Medlock of Salem, Diane Collins (Everett) of Hardy, Judith Rutledge (Jim King) of Imboden, Joyce Howard (Gary) of Ravenden, Bernice Parrish of Walnut Ridge, Mary Sims of Neosha and Larry Medlock of Black Rock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
