She was predeceased by: her father Charles Downs; her brother Joshua Downs; and her grandparents, Willard, Charlene Downs, Wanda Lipe and Aldon Berry.

She is survived by: her mother Linda Chandler (Berry) of Paris, Arkansas; her husband James Peugh; her children, James Taylor Peugh and Shayna Alexis Peugh of Clarksville; her siblings, Keith Downs of Subiaco, Chuck Downs of Florida and Beth Ellis of Gravette, Arkansas; and her stepmother Mary Downs of Paris, Arkansas. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Starting Point Church (1009 N, AR-109, Magazine, AR 72943). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
