We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2019, at the age of 93, Ann S Bolain (Bradford, Arkansas), born in Springdale, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Thomas and Cynthia Lavina Neal Sullins; her husband Leonard E. Bolain; her daughter Cynthia Ann Bolain; and her siblings, Guy Sullins, Carl Sullins, Paul Sullins, Mildred Davis and Madge Pyette.

She is survived by : her sons, David (Bobbie Bolain) of Bentonville and Paul Bolain of Midwest City; and her sister Wanda Jens of Phillips. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to your favorite charity.
