He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thomas Keegan Sr. and Eloise B. Keegan; and his sister Shirley Keegan Stacy. He is survived by: his sisters, Elocile Uran (George) of Mayflower, Kathleen Pool (Verdell) of Poulsbo, WA. and Sherrie Lackey (Dwayne) of Benton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
