He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Allen Dreher, Sr. and Jamye Manees Dreher Mouser; his wife Roberta Jean Dreher; his son Henry Allen Dreher, III; and his siblings, Edward Manees Dreher, Sr. and Alma Jane Dreher Myrick.

He is survived by : his children, Scott Dreher of Bryant, Regina Edmonson (Danny) of Bryant and Michael Dreher of Little Rock, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Tanner Smith (Candace) of Knoxville, Tad Smith (Audri) of Benton, Morgan Spillan (Kyle) of Portland and Kayla Bunker (Brent) of Conway, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Addison, Alexis Smith, Teegan, Trace, Tinlee Smith, Parker Kocsis and Tyler Bunker; his brother Dixon Morley Dreher of Orange Park, Florida; his pets, Spooky and Angel; and his friend Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members.
