It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Phelps (Bryant, Arkansas), who passed away on October 12, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Phelps and Bernice Phelps; his wife Jane Parker Phelps; his sons, Shane Portland (Nikki) and Jason (Wendy); and his grandsons, Tucker and Anthony. He was also cherished by three sisters, and four brothers.
