It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Stewart Garner (Bryant, Arkansas), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on October 14, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garner and Bonnie Burks; his brother Victor Garner; and his nephew Shane Garner. He is survived by: his son John Bee Garner; his stepdaughter Shana Williams; his granddaughters, Madilyn Grace Ellison and Haiven Arrease Ellison; his siblings, Johnny Garner (Debbie), Valarie Velez (Phil), Terri Elkins and Roger Self; the mother of his child Vada Hodge; and his siblings' children, Chris Garner of Benton, Sonja Walker of Sherwood, Misty Elam of Centerton, Sheena Frey of Iowa, Justin Self of Sherwood, Cherie Velez of Florida, John Brandon Self of Jacksonville, Roger Self Jr. of Cabot, Brittany Price of Florida and Dellwyn Elkins of Conway.
