She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Claude and Estie Bull, Sr.; her husband John D. Rowe, Sr.; and her children, Dianne Betty Smith, Kenneth Smith and Brian Allen Rowe.
She is survived by: her son John David Rowe, Jr.; her grandsons, Sean D. W. Rowe and Philip M. Rowe; her sister-in-law April June Rowe; her sibling's children, Austin Drake Rowe of Benton and Trinity Inez Rowe of Bryant; and also, Eleke H. Rowe of Berlin, Germany, Leo Maximus Rowe and Sienna Jean Augustin Samonte of Manilla, Philippines.
