She was predeceased by : her father Barry Johnson. She is survived by : her children, Payten and McGuire Shafer; her mother Janice Dodson (Tony); her stepmother Debbie Johnson; her brothers, Jeremy Jarrett (Carrie), Ben Dodson (Morgan) and Shawn Dodson; her nephews, Ethan, Evan and Niko; her grandparents, Gail and Clova Abshier; her uncles, Greg Johnson, Shelby Johnson and Mark Johnson; and her close friends, Kasi Ellis (Matt) and Jennifer Nickerson (Scott).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lonoke County Safe Haven Outreach Center.
