Hoover of Cabot, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Hoover and Juanita Hoover; his wife Celestia Hoover; and his sister Doris Walker. He is survived by: his children, Robert L. Hoover, Jr. (Renee) of Cabot, Ronnie Hoover (Dana) of Springdale and Leann Rosenbaum (Cary) of Cabot; his grandchildren, Courtney Clements (Mack), Ryan Hoover (Amanda), Caleb Hoover (Tasha), Joshua Hoover (Marisa), Michael Hoover (Brittany), Kara Land (Matt), Elyssa Hoover, Sydney Hoover, Hayden Rosenbaum, Ethan Rosenbaum, Kailyn Rosenbaum and Colton Rosenbaum; and his brother James Hoover. He is also survived by his kids and grandchildren and great grandchildren.
