He was predeceased by : his parents, John Julius and Dorothy Frances Bilon (Taylor). He is survived by : his wife Kathy Carothers Bilon; his children, Wes Bilon (Megan) and James Bilon; his grandchildren, Avery and Allison Bilon; and his brothers, David Bilon (Fran) and Larry Bilon (Jane Ann). He is also survived by many other friends and family members.
