She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd T. Adams and Marie Coleman Adams; and her brother Floyd T. Adams, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Milner; her children, Robert Milner, Jr. and Betty Joyce Juan; her grandchildren, Brandon Juan and Erin Digiovanni; her sisters-in-law, JoAnn Roe (James), Emma Wallingsford and Della Lucero; her sibling's children, Kim Carter and Tim Wallingsford; and her daughter Kelly Sampson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and a long time family friend.
