She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierce Edwin and Florence Elizabeth Welch Lewis; her husbands, Johnnie Dean Scogin and Tommy Lee Hodges; and her siblings, Evelyn Whiteman, Pierce Edwin Lewis, Jr., Russell Lewis, Wayne Lewis, Bob Lewis and Earl Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Hendrix (Barry) and Ricky Scogin (Julie); her grandchildren, Tanner Nussey, Jonathan Scogin (Katie), Cory Hendrix (Carole), Harrison Hendrix, Zachary Scogin (Ashley), Eli Scogin, Tyler Nussey (Shawn Thomasson), McKinsi Boothe (Donavon) and Paislee Harper-Boothe; and her sister Shirley Baker (David). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
