He is survived by: his children, Justin Starnes (Sarah) of Camden, AR and Jessica Starnes of Camden, AR; his stepdaughter Tracy Prewitt of Shreveport, LA; his grandchildren, Jaxon Gresham of Camden, AR, Kayleigh and Kelsey Starnes of Camden, AR; his sister Brenda Howard of Bearden, AR; his stepfather Richard Rober of Maynard, AR; and his sibling's children, Karri Billingsley of Camden, AR and Michael Cowles (Mary) of Warm Springs, AR.
