It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Williams of Camden, Arkansas, born in Liverpool, England, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Spencer and Annie Spencer; her husband Bobby Lee Williams; and her granddaughter Keaton Byrd. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amber Johansen (Chris) of South Carolina, Kim Manzano (Mario) of Jonesboro, AR and Heath Byrd of Camden, AR. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
