He was predeceased by: his grandmother Johnette Green; and his great-grandparents, John Christian, Imogene Christian, Robert Green and Eleanor Green.
He is survived by: his mother Susan Green; his grandfather Bill Green; his uncle Mike Green of Camden; and his aunts, Gary Hancock, Marilyn Hancock of Sulphur Springs, TX, Don Epperson, Judy Epperson of Texarkana, TX, Emily Davis and Anthony Colletti. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
