Charles Richard Zimmerman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2021, at the age of 65, Charles Richard Zimmerman of Carlisle, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Richard Zimmerman; and his son Chad Zimmerman. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Zimmerman-Bethel; his wife Jo Zimmerman; his son Brock Zimmerman (Jen); his stepchildren, Melissa Moody (William) and Nathan Campbell (Priscilla); his stepfather John Bethell; his granddaughters, Madison Moody, JoAnna Moody, Gracie Campbell, Hadley Campbell and Allie Zimmerman; his brother Phil Zimmerman (Tina); his sibling's children, Dylan Zimmerman (Emily) and Hannah Zimmerman; his aunt Phyllis Hooten (Bill); his cousin Kay Ostrem (Dan); his brother-in-law Eddie Raper (Sandy); and his parents-in-law, Arlene and James Burks.

The family will be eternally grateful to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Springhill Baptist Hospital for their excellent care and compassion during his long battle with Covid.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Carlisle.
