It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan (Joanie) Leoline Uhiren Woodruff of Carlisle, Arkansas, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She retired in 2020 and her regret was that she did not get a retirement party due to COVID.
