She was predeceased by: her parents, Freida and Orville Henry, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Bullington (Steve), Carol Wilson (Douglas) and Traci Burnham (Mike); her grandchildren, Ryan O'Quinn (Rachel), Katy Smith (Chris), Lauren Hawthorne (Daniel), Mallory Millsap (Gray), Chase Burnham (Jane) and Dylan Burnham; and her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Kori Smith and Cooper Hawthorne.
