He was predeceased by : his parent Gene Dempsey; and his son Josh Hancock. He is survived by : his mother Violet Delilah Brown Hancock of Cecil; his children, Cecil Hancock of Ratcliff, Arkansas and Melinda Mayner of Ozark, Arkansas; and his siblings, Rita Pruitt of Ozark, Betty LaClair of Ozark, Janet Gaines of Ozark, Pauline Brown of Cecil, Bobby of Cecil, Gary of Cecil, Alan Hancock of Cecil and Jimmie Hancock of Van Buren, Arkansas. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
