He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Smith and Alice Smith; his wife Dixie Bills Smith; and his brother Billy Smith. He is survived by : his daughters, Dana Smith Jarrett of Cabot, AR and Tracy Smith of Wilson, AR; his brothers, Mark Smith (Marie) of Missouri, Paul Smith (Bea) of Wells Bayou, Belize and Lannie Smith (Minh Jan) of Georgia; his granddaughters, Jill Barber (Kevin) of Jonesboro, AR, McKinzie Jarrett of Jonesboro, AR and Mary Kate Record of Little Rock, AR; and his great grandchildren, Cash and Dallas Barber. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Any donations in Jackie's name could be made to ASPCA in tribute to his love of animals.
