He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald Owen Pennington, Jr. and Lana Marie Irelan. He is survived by: his children, Denver and Felicia; his siblings, Donna Doney (Craig) of Kansas City, Brenda Oviatt (Dee) of Des Moines, Iowa, David Pennington (Wanda) of Combs and Michael Pennington (Amy) of Springdale, Arkansas; and his brother-in-law Wayne Irelan of Lavaca. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
