With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Brandon Nelms of Charleston, Arkansas, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on March 10, 2021 at the age of 38. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Billy Nelms, Jimmie and Geneva Mizell; his stepgrandparents, Luther, Jr. and Betty Jo Stem; and his aunts and uncles, Jerry McClain, Harley Ray Mizell, Dianna Mizell and Shirley Mizell.
He is survived by: his parents, Steve Nelms (Karon Nelms) of Charleston and Karen Mizell Stem (Luther Stem III) of Fort Smith; his son Caden of Greenwood; his pet Lui; his siblings, Angela Stem of Napa Valley, CA, LaDonna Chambers (Rodney) of Liberty, OK and Nathan Stem (Kayla) of Fort Smith; his grandmother Vyrl Nelms of Fort Smith; and also Alecia Nelms. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
