He is survived by: his wife Janice Winegeart Walker of Charleston; his children, Solan Walker (Robyn), Arthur Walker (Kim) of Charleston, Matildia Rofkahr (Leonard) of Caulksville, Patricia Burt (Ted) of Ozark, Raylene Newton (Paul) of Fort Smith and Leslie Graham of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his siblings, Harold Walker of Tahlequah, Jerry Walker of Central City, Arkansas, Zelma Jean White of Del City, Sula Carrol of Altus, Kay Minta of Etna, Linda Tilden of Etna, Margret Eaker of Warner and Barbara Barnett of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Solan II, Juanita, Jamie, Whitney, Summer and Tianna; and his great grandchildren, Tay, Lauren, Damian, Kennedy, Elijah, Alexandra, Tylan, Kaden, Ridley, Ruth, Johnnie Kay, Tavin, Ben, Wesley, Kyran, Railey, Emery, Cora, Atalie, Mary, Paul, Natalie, Callan, Mason and Ace.
