It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley M. Meador of Charleston, Arkansas, born in Mena, Arkansas, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Archie Wesley Stewart and Helen Stewart (Blanton); her son Tony Meador; and her sister Sue Piearcy. She is survived by : her children, Tonya Talkington (George) of Charleston and Parker Meador (Sharon) of Charleston; her siblings, Elda Jones of Searcy and Archie Stewart; and her grandchildren, Molly, Adam Sneed, Gabrielle, Ellason Meador, Jesse, Jordan Meador and Jamie Summers.
