She was predeceased by: her father Monroe Scroggins; her grandmother Laura Scroggins; and her siblings, Verlyn, Glenn, Ted Scroggins and Josie James.
She is survived by: her son Leeman Ray Phillips (Donna) of Cherry Valley; her grandchildren, Brad Phillips (Christy) of Cherry Valley and Brooke Phillips-Boyles (Adam) of Cherry Valley; her great grandchildren, Lauren Grace Phillips, Jared Blaine Phillips, Kelsea Danielle Phillips and Howton Davis Boyles; and her siblings, Conover Scroggins of Cherry Valley and Syble Smith of Memphis, Tennessee. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Phillips' honor to Lewis Cemetery.
