He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Michael "Mike" and Josephine Annice "Jo" Shelton McCullough; his brother Max Roy, Sr.; his brother-in-law Frank Pitts; his grandparents, Noel, Rosalia Shelton, George and Alberteen McCullough; and his children, Karen and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Terri McCullough; his children, Willard McCullough Jr., Kathy McCullough, Amy Jones and Bethany Sullivan; his nephew Max Roy McCullough, Jr.; his sister Frances Pitts; and his nephew Mike Hillman. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
