She is survived by: her children, Tressie Marie Ford of Barling, AR, Phillip McKinley Ford of Clarksville, AR and Paula Annette Guess of Barling, AR; her grandchildren, Duane Ewasiuk, Joshua Wilkerson, Noah Guess, Jessica Cox, Daniel Guess, Sean Guess, Justin Wilkerson, Matthew Guess, Michaela Ford and Jacob Wilkerson; her siblings, Janice Spain, Ronnie Okazaki and Kathy Bell; Mike Panis, Charlottee Spain, Randall Spain, Vince Panis, Gene Spain, Buddy Spain, Juanita Emberton, Robin Ford, Edward Ford and David Hines. She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family members and friends.
