He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Laudis Stobaugh and Virginia Jean Cupp Stobaugh. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Chism Stobaugh; his children, David G. Stobaugh (Ann) of Lipan, Texas and Cindy O'Neal (Karman) of Cleveland; his brothers, Jack Stobaugh (Mary) of Morrilton and Richard Stobaugh (Lavonne) of Cleveland; and his grandchildren, Felicia Davenport (Steven), Wesley O'Neal (Lisa) and Justin Stobaugh. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Southern Christian Home of Morrilton.
