He is survived by: his wife Ann Spurr; his children, D'Anna Williams (David), Theresa Luker (Brian) and Mike Spurr (Christina); his brother Robert Spurr (Elaine); his grandchildren, Brandon, Ronnie Ann, Brianna, Michael, Miranda, Micah, Gabe, Jasmine, Dylan, Hannah, Nainoa, Savannah and Maile; and his great grandchildren, Drake and Dominic.
