It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Kennedy of Cord, Arkansas, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Delbert Kennedy to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Avery P. Kennedy and Lena Sanders Kennedy; his sons, David Keith Kennedy and Scott Alan Kennedy; and his siblings, Joe Kennedy, Pete Kennedy, Bernice Richey, Evelyn Lance and Verna Faye Latting.

He is survived by : his wife Velda Mae Parr Kennedy; his daughters, Pam Gipson (Denny) of Cord, Paula Osborne (Chuck) of Cord and Teresa Milligan (Jeff) of Newark; his brother George Kennedy (Caroletta) of Cord; his grandchildren, Amber Davis (Jeffie), Adam Gipson (Torie), Charley Osborne, Amy Allison (Andrew), Hannah Evans (Brandon) and Elliott Milligan; and his great grandchildren, Cambry Davis, Kendy Davis, Presley Gipson, Isaac Allison and Peyton Gipson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
